In early years I travelled extensively throughout the world, both as a Canadian airline employee and an ordinary backpacker.

Eventually, an unanticipated illness propelled me to change course and follow a lifelong interest in creativity. I graduated from NSCAD University, Canada, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. At the same time, I became a complementary health practitioner and for over fifteen years offered private sessions and workshops. I also completed training in Creativity Coaching, eventually offering coaching services to others. Throughout the years I facilitated numerous creativity and therapeutic workshops for various organizations.
Following a second life-changing episode in 2019, I dedicate my time to creating art, writing poetry, walking daily as a creatively mindful practice and accompanying others toward a deep remembrance of the heart and kinship with all life.
